I began weight training with her one year after breast cancer surgery and chemotherapy. Because I had residual weakness from surgery and lack of exercise, as well as the development of lymphedema in one arm, I needed someone who understood all aspects of exercise for my special needs.

Kim was definitely the perfect choice.

She designed a complete weight workout for me. With my exercise goals in mind, she considered my strengths and limitations to design a plan that fit my needs perfectly. She is knowledgeable about kinesiology, fitness assessment, and cancer-related exercise requirements.

Kim is ever enthusiastic, caring, motivational, and punctual. She was with me through all aspects of the workout, from warm-up to final stretch, patiently teaching me the movements and procedures. After a workout, I always felt motivated for the next.
